  • Cardio-Boxing

    Let off steam with choreographed technical kickboxing moves that combine cardiovascular effort and strength training. You’ll develop agility, power and endurance, all while having fun!

  • Aerobic Training

    A non-stop cardio workout. Filled with choreographed moves inspired by social dancing and other physical disciplines, this class is a fun way to work up a sweat.

  • Spinning

    Hop on one of our Stages bike for a class mixing power and speed. Follow a wide variety of exercises on the rythm of the musique, high energy levels guaranteed! 

  • Muscle Toning

    Sculpt your body with moderate-weight reps. You’ll quickly increase your endurance and see more muscle definition. The ideal class for getting toned without necessarily bulking up.

  • ABT (Abs, Butt & Thighs)

    ABT offers the perfect combination of exercises to tone your abs, butt and thighs. You’ll soon be seeing greater muscle definition. A class with proven results.

  • Yoga (Vinyasa, Yin)

    Improve your posture, strength and flexibility with this yoga class that is accessible to everyone. Even the least flexible participants will be able to touch their toes without forcing.

    Learn to move with more ease and suppleness. The exercises will help dissolve adhesions in the tissues that hinder movement, in addition to rebalancing the muscles around the joints and restoring the muscle fibres to their normal length.

  • Tabata

    An intense, but worthwhile challenge! Split into eight 30-second rounds, with 20 seconds of sustained effort and 10 seconds of rest, a four-minute Tabata session can raise your basal metabolic rate and spend a maximum of energy. Try it out!

  • TRX

    TRX is a band based class where you will work on your endurance, core and stability muscles. Do not underestimate this class, muscles you didnt know existed will be discovered!
